I believe Whitaker is the #1 player in the region. He is what makes Hazard go and has already proven he can play big on the big stage. I think hes a solid #1. I would put Cox next.

I agree. He is proven and seems to be as solid as it gets at the pg position. Without him I don't see Hazard making it past Perry C. Dont forget Cox though is also proven after leading his team to state his sophomore year at June B.Without Cox I don't see Knott being mentioned. Cox is tough but seems not to be in the spot light as much as Whitaker and other players. IMO its his style of play. He makes a difference in the game no matter is he is touching the ball or not. Cox always makes good decisions and always seems to be in the right spot at the right time. Just his style of play gets the job done but isnt flashy.

Either way it goes , Whitaker or Cox would be my 2 players in the 14th to build a team around.

I wasn't aware of the talent that the 14th reg. would be returning next yr. 2009-10 with players like Haz.-Whitaker, Knott- Stamper and Cox, PCC- Salyers and Noble, Breathitt-Noble and Ritchie, JBS- Collins, Owsley- Evans.

Wolfe- Campbell. Pre-Season top players for next year.:jump:

I don't either. You have a good list though.:thumb:

This list is good but do you realize that most of the players are guards who are the top big men in the region.

Hazard- Campbell and Jones

PCC- Maggard and Salyers

JBS- Collins

Lee- Pelfrey

Is this a bad list and what do you think!

Breathitt's Nick Noble probably won't make the top 10 since he didn't play last year. Perry Central's Chris Noble made the list.
