Oldham County finished 15-15 last year in the 8th region. What do they need to do to improve?

The thing they have going for them is a new coach that should really turn things around there - Larry Just has tons of coaching experience and returns to the high school scence from NCAA D2.

Last year was not a talent issue, it was a team chemistry issue. The parts were exceptional, but they just didn't jell as a unit. This year's team will be dominated (talent-wise) by juniors, and has the potential to be a region contender, although they probably start out a step behind SK and Anderson in the rankings.

 

OC will have decent size, although not the extreme height they had last year with Melton and Huckvale.

 

Audrie Beaudrie will be a senior this year and probably the team leader...the guard has the ability to shoot the outside shot and the quickness to penetrate and create...

 

Larry Just looks to be a great hire...
