From a quick look at both the LexCath and Lawrence County schedules, it seems that CovCath was the only team that both played this season. Nick Maronda pitched against CovCath and beat them by a score of 6-1 and the young freshmen of LC pitched and lost (from what I was told as I couldn't attend the classic this year) by a score of 10-9 in the Derby Classic @ Boyd County.

Also after looking at both teams schedules, it appears to me at least, that LexCath has played a much tougher schedule compared to Lawrence County. Because of this Theoldguy will have to go with LexCath in this contest...

The young freshmen from LC only pitched a couple of innings in relief against Cov. Cath and took the loss. It was his only loss of the season.
