Besides the big game being played on Poplar Level Road, the Rocks and the Bulldogs were in their own game. Paul Hohmann pitched a good game for the Rocks and Jon Rueff finished it off with his 100 mph fast ball. It wasn't the best played game by either team with the Rock's infield making 4-6 errors ???and Male had their share. Berry coming out of a slump hit 2 HR's while Deeds continues with another HR. Wish the Rocks had a home field like the Bulldogs.

I've heard that also from folks very close to Chris...."rumour" has such a pejorative ring to it...there's nothing sinister about being injured.
