The 14th will still call the 13th and they will be happy to have them, the 13th will go to the 15th and hate every minute of it, the 15th will unfortunately go to the 14th. This is set in stone and will not be changed no matter what you have heard. It's not that easy to change once it's agreed upon by the KHSAA.

That's what I was told, too. The 14th region officials I've talked to have said they will be officiating at Knox Central next week, but they don't have a schedule yet.
