If you were the coach, and some of you may be I don't know, and could change one aspect or approach of your teams game what would it be. As a Raiderette fan I keep hearing we need more rebounding after the shot. Defensively and offensively. We probably could use a couple taller inside girls. BE NICE.

As a former coach and looking at the team today, I think they play great defense so I wouldn't change that, but their offense is a different story. I don't know what has happened to them, but their shooting has went down hill. In my opinion, to have a strong offensive team, you must have threats inside and outside the paint. If you do the same moves/play over and over again, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

I agree you need to have a threat inside that can score and draw a double team. This will get your outside players oppuritines to knock down some shots on the outside.

The only thing I would change is that my team should have more talent than my opponent's team.
