Paris has some good football players in their 2008 Senior Class;

Travis Angel

Des Henson

Zach Klimper

Jeremy Shupe

Zach Stevens

Any word on any of them going anywhere to play on the next level?

I am curious as to what their plans are.

There has been a lot of interest in these fine individuals as well there should be. These men showed great leadership and ability along with a good work ethic! Here's what I can tell thus far in the recruiting process:

Travis A. - Heidelberg College (OH) lead

Campbellesville (KY) interested

Des Henson - Yet to be determined

Zack Klimper - Hopes to walk on at EKU

Jeremy Shupe - Possible walk on

Zach Stevens - Georgetown/EKU both very interested.

We are working hard to develop positive relationships for these kids and I wish them all the best wherever they choose to carry on their education!

Talking with Travis, late last year, he told me that BYU invited him to walk on.

Also heard through other small talk that KState was possibly interested in Zach Stevens, don't know that for sure. With his speed, I wouldn't be suprised to see him get a Track Scholarship.

Thanks to the PMs... I was told that Heidelberg College is having success getting kids from KY this year. I hear that Ryle, Mason County has some kids interested in the school.

Isn't the head coach at Heidelberg the previous coach from Thomas Moore?

-very nice school- good choice-supportive community

For these young men to get the chance to go to the next level and further their education is an honor and a great opportunity for each of them. It is a positive reflection of their parents, coaches, community & school system and speaks highly of the type of individual they have become.

Whatever school they choose to attend I wish them the best.:thumb:

Good luck to all of these kids. I love to see any kid at any school get a chance to play at the next level and more importantly continue their education.

Paris had some very good athletes on that team last season.

Congrats and a big :thumb: from "Ramblerville" to the Paris youngsters/athletes.

Congratulations to these young men, their hard work has paid off and they will now, at lest, get a education at a reduced cost. I wish them well, and hope they enjoy their college playing days.

There is one more senior I left out. I guess I am having a sometimerz moment. Can you refresh my memory. He played some QB early in the season.
