Big win for Letcher at Knott. Anyone have stats or details from the game?

Listened to the first half on WKCB 107.1 and it sounded like one team came to play and the other team didn't. Letcher seemed like they out hustled them the whole first half and got every loose ball and rebound. Knott made silly turnovers and didn't really sound like they were doing much on the offensive end. Letcher hit some 3's and Knott really didn't make anything the first half. Seemed like Knott just wanted to fight and push around, there were some Technical fouls called for pushing and things like that, it seemed to calm everyone down, I think Letcher was up 17 or so at the half. Seen the final score on WYMT, must of been a better second half, Knott must of made a run and made a game out of it. Guess I should of listened to the rest of it, Any Stats??????

Letcher has a good ball club and could win that district, but I guess JBS, Knott, or Cordia could win it too. Should be a heck of a district

Wow, that was an awful lot of free throws shot and missed by Knott County. What is the deal with free throws this year with everyone, I guess it's like that all over, but these kids just don't shoot the way they should from the line, don't know if it's lack of practice or concentratiion. Neither team shot the ball well from the field either it looks like. Stamper must of scored most of his points in the second half because I don't think he had very many at halftime when I quit listening to it.

LCC's % was 78.8. Can't get much better in a close game.

 

KCC was 9-20 45% in the 1st half. Wrong people taking them. Stamper was outstanding on the line down the stretch.

 

Reynolds, Blair, and Banks along with a freshmen ,B. Roark , making two critical ones near the end shot them extremely well.

With JBS losing last night to Cordia, I'd say Knott is looking at this loss a little different now. The is a little cracked for someone to come in and take that 1 seed. Knott is really holding their own fate with games left with Cordia and JBS.
