Corbin 64 North Laurel 42

Another thing to consider last night was that Corbin was without the Smith kid who is a key cog to the Redhound team. Barley went down with what appeared to be a back injury on an And 1 play. Impressive win for the Hounds against a tough opponent on the road. The only thing I question about the Hounds is that it seems they do not run much of a set offense. They seem to run run run and get carried away at times which lead to unnecessary turnovers or poor shots.

South looks like the dominate team in the 13th at the present. Upcoming games with Knox will tell us all more about the Cards. Coach Wright is a genius when it comes to preparing his teams for March runs.

I don't care for Wright, but he is, in deed, an outstanding coach, motivator, and always has his teams prepared. One of the state's best(coaches, that is).
