It would seem more logical that the best two teams could be better determined after the bowls were completed. As far as selecting teams from the same conference, you are right about the national outcry. But shouldn't we want the best two teams in the nation for the championship game, regardless? I have no problem with a LSU-Georgia championship game. BUT found it funny how many people in the country would lose their minds.:lol::lol::lol:
January 10, 200818 yr If they did have the Top 2, I think USC/LSU would have to be the pick, but, if Oklahoma had won there game, I think there would have still been questions as to the legitimacy of the champion, regardless of which one got left out...
