Saw this score on the scoreboard. I thought this would be a much closer game. Anyone have any stats on this one?

Lincoln dominated this game from the get-go. The Pats jumped out to a 11-2 lead in the first quarter, weathered a little surge by Boyle (cut the lead to 11-10), and then stretched it out again.

 

The score actually made it look closer than it was. Lincoln was up 27 late in the fourth quarter before Boyle made a couple late buckets.

 

As I said last week: Lincoln is the class of the 12th Region.

Boyle County fell apart in the 2nd half. The Pats look like they are going to be a very tough team to beat in the 12th region.

Boyle County was also playing without Junior Ethan Spurlin who was averaging 19.7 pts, 8.2 rebounds who has mono and will be out 2-4 weeks. These 2 meet again in 2 weeks @ Lincoln County.

Spurlin plays for Lincoln. His return likely means the Pats will be that much better than Boyle.
