Duffy took the Henderson county job in 1994. As for Jack Eicher and Bill Herrmann I'm not for sure what happened to them after Highlands.

 

Coach Herrman attended the 5A State Championship Game this year. He was on the field with his 1982 Team as they were honored. Great gentleman and a class act. Not to mention a fantastic football coach.

I'd say Homer Rice was the best ever at Highlands but that is only through reading the history books. I didnt play for any of the coaches so maybe the players know better.
