Does anyone know the times for these games that start this Wednesday and go through Saturday? On the khsaa site it only has the Lloyd games. It's all local teams, so maybe the local fans out there can fill in the gaps. Thanks.

not sure about times, but the teams are:

Pool A:

Newport, Dayton, Silver Grove, Lloyd

 

Pool B:

Grant County, Ryle, Villa, Bellevue

I would say Ryle will run away with this one. Villa might be a decent matchup, but Villa beat Lloyd by 3 and Ryle beat them pretty good the other night. What is Grant doing this year? Do they have the talent to handle Ryle? I am very impressed with Ryle's play so far.

I would agree. Ryle looks like the top team in this one!

 

I know nothing about most of these teams. I have seen

Villa, Ryle, Newport, and Lloyd play and that is it. Villa

and Ryle could be a great game to watch!!!

But god if you look at the pools it sure looks like Lloyd stacked them to make sure they make the finals...

not sure that I would count Dayton out of that bracket actually. They've been playing well so far...I also think that SG was a late addition to replace Holy Cross, whom was originally in the tourney...aren't there 4 games a night?

Why is Ryle in a tournament with so many smaller schools?

Not sure how even both of these brackets are. I heard Newport beat Lloyd

in their preseason scrimmage. So I wouldn't say they are a lock to beat their pool. On the other side, Grant and Bellevue are weaker then Villa and Ryle right? So aren't there two weak teams on each side? I don't know, just asking.....but normally the home team gets the edge ha ha

And I agree, Ryle doesn't fit with this crew. They drilled LLoyd by like 30 the other night.....

hmm alright... it just seemed to me that grant co. villa and ryle looked to be the best teams... from what scores i've seen in the post.

Also, Villa and Lloyd are in the same district, which is probably why they are opposite each other, as are Bellevue and Dayton. That could have come into play here as well...just a thought. I would just like to know some times and matchups...16 games in 4 nights should be pretty exciting.
