I'm interested to hear what thoughts people have on this game.

I don't know a lot about Montgomery, but I do know that Hazard is one of the top 2 or 3 teams in the region. Especially once the football players get into basketball shape. I'll take Hazard in this one.

It's too early to tell for Hazard. They are going to be good. But, Coach Holland has to get the football out of them. That could take some time but they'll be ready when it means something.

I am not sure what Montgomery has this year, with their only win coming off a blowout of Morgan County (who was also blown out by Elliot Co.), but they usually always find a way to win or at least play competitively.

 

Hazard should have the upper hand in fan support as the game is being played at Knott County. Both teams are under the direction of a new head coach, so nothing is out of the realm of possibility.

 

On paper, Hazard should win. I think Montgomery finds a way to pull this one off in a close upset.

Montgomery will be the only team to give Mason a run for thier money in the tenth. Loaded with talent and well coached it seems in thier new system. Montgomery by 10.

Mc comfortably as long as Stephens can go(tweaked his ankle a bit)

 

IMO without Stephens they still have enough talent to pull it out

Montgomery as the underdog?, i don't think so, MC in a solid win!
