Any win on the road is good, especially against a district opponent.....BUT, South is a team that rolled over the Colonels last year, and yes they won, they did not score with the ease that you might have guessed. I think Whitley's defense had as much to do with St. Johns's ineffectiveness as the foul trouble. Whitley was able to go at him early and get those two fouls on him. Whitley could have played the perfect game and maybe still not won, who knows, but it is certianly a more interesting game now than in the past.

I thought I was the one who turned over the new leaf......or maybe we just met in the middle.

A school the size of Whitley should be able to make these games interesting and win their share as well, not knocking Whitley I hope they get to the level of South and feel like with time they can, at the end of the day though South still won, even if not by 35 or 40.
