It's G-R-R-R-E-A-T leading at the top of the stretch, but with 110 points available in the final round, the way is wide open for anyone to win. I've got to remember what I've always taught my 400m runners: "Just stay fast and loose during that last 100m home stretch, and let the opposition hit the lactic acid barrier straining to catch you."
