The Law of Averages says there will not be all #1 seeds playing at Papa John's Stadium. The question is, which team?

 

My guess would be that of the twelve teams that make the state finals, three will not be #1 seeds.

In class A...I would say that Mayfield has the best chance of making it to the carpet and not be a #1 seed
