Michigan 14 Penn State 9

That's fair. However, let me ask you this:

You've got your last $100 and you have to bet on the combo of Michigan/Penn State or UL/Arkansas having a better season and viewed by those in the know as being the better combo.

Who are you taking?

I'd take UM and Penn St. here, but wouldn't feel good about either choice. Can I take the under in wins/losses? :p

I have never bought into the hype that UL was a top tier program. Its amazing how they consistently cannot beat the average teams on their schedule, year in and year out. I was honestly looking forward to seeing them in a BCS game this year against a good opponent to get a better feel as to where they were overall.

I'm not sure what to make of Arkansas. They were completely dismantled by USC at the beginning of last year and beaten by UK and Alabama to begin this year. The only frame of reference I have to go by is the common matchups with USC. Honestly, on paper, I'd have thought Arkansas would have matched up better with USC last year. Both teams lost a lot on defense and both have their stars on offense back this year.
