Thoughts on this one? I will go with the Camels by 30.

Running Clock in the 3rd Quarter! Camels by as many as they want....

This one may last ten seconds. How long does it take for a high schooler to run the opening kick back.

Considering PC has only about 20 players, this will be over quickly.I admire what few guys have stuck this mess out and are trying to play the season.I hope the Camels don't hurt any of the PC guys or they will be out of players. If anyone has any inside info on why a school the size of PC has only a few kids playing high school football please explain.I think they have around 40 on the Middle school team.

What mess are you refering to?

I would call being on a football team with 20 players in a class where most of you're competition has at least two or three times that many a mess. Not counting probably several of them are underclassmen and inexperienced at best. When you have 900 students and only 20 are playing football its a big mess for some reason.

I would agree. There should be more participation. Is that the only 20 that are willing to do what the game requires? I heard that pendleton was very competative last week against a team that had four times as many players.

I think their defense was decent last week but the offense could not get it together.I wonder if that is the reason for the low numbers as far as the practice and work involved. If it is thats sad for kids to be that lazy.

I think you will find those numbers increase in years to come.

I will be attending the game on Friday. Last week Pendleton County lost to Grant County 20-2. The offense did not score. Campbell County beat a pretty good Tates Creek team 28-14. Hopefully PC can keep it competitive for a little while.

Hasn't you're school started yet birdman? If it has it would be a long drive for a football game of this magnitude.:D

3 words: Soccer, soccer, soccer. Less practice, can't get hurt, more time to hang with your buds. Sad,but true. Also, maybe if there wasn't so much year round basketball, maybe more athletes at school would go out for football instead of picking one sport. How many basketball players at PC play football? Anyone in Falmouth know? Thanks.

Coach Teegarden is a good guy. I do not think the Pendleton community has supported the program. It can be very successful if the community got behind it. Saying this, coming against the Camels is a tough, tough spot. Camels will hit hard early and often. Game will be over by middle of 2nd. quarter. Hardest decision for Coach Styer is how long to play starters to keep them focused going forward. I hope to make the game.

This will be a very tough decision for Coach Styer. If the game does get out of hand early, what does he do? His team still has some things to work on and they will be playing District rival Boone County the following week. Hopefully it doesn't get as ugly as people think it might.

Camels pick the score
