Volleyball- 16th Region picks?

Any thoughts on the 16th region top five or top six?

Haven't seen a match yet, but would say (in no particular order):

Rowan, Russell, Morgan, East, Ashland

Russell has beat East twice and beat Morgan but Rowan looks like the team to beat. Have not seen Ashland. This looks to be Rowan's year.

Rowan has to be the leader. They are looking good.

Rowan is the clear cut front-runner. It is their region to lose this year.

I haven't seen Rowan yet, but I know they were good last year with good players returning. I watched the EKC tournament and saw most of the other 16th Region teams and Russell was the strongest in this tournament (East Carter, Morgan, and Raceland looked good) Unless Rowan has a "killer" to match up with Russell's Gill, they'll have a hard time overcoming the points she'll get. She had 31 kills in her 3 games on Saturday againt Morgan, East, and Raceland. I'm looking forward to some good 16th region volleyball!!

In volleyball, they just use hitter as in outside hitter, right-side hitter.....

I heard Fleming will be better this year, anyone know anything about them?

What region are they in now in volleyball 10th or 16th?

I think Ashland may be a little bit of a sleeper, they may not win the region but they did give Russel an extremely close game the other night.

I'm still not sure what to think of their team this year but I'm sure you'll see a few suprises happen this year in the region if they continue to improve.

FLEMING IS A GREAT DEFENSIVE TEAM. THEY ARE A LITTLE LAX ON ATTACKING BUT CAN BRING BACK MOST ANYTHING
