gold sunrise
What does Dayton need to do to improve in 2007/2008? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.
greendevil
Dayton will be rebuilding this year (again), as I believe they lost 6 or 7 players. Last year they started to turn the corner with more wins than any season since '96 or 97 I think. They will be young, but have some decent talent at the 10th grade level and in the middle school. Best thing to advise their coaches is have patience and continue to get their heads right and demand discipline, which is what their coach has demanded the past couple years. They may be a couple years off, but they have potential to win some this year, and really make some noise in the next couple years.

greendevil
Job #1 for Greendevil basketball is find someone to assume a leadership role... It's real easy for everyone to fall in line and do what is asked when you have a group of seniors leading the way and letting everyone know what to do, however with a group of young guys like they have, they need someone to step up and be a "coach on the floor"... if they can get that, with the talent they have and the playing in DIII they have a shot at everygame they play...
