He has done all he can at Florida, the money doesn't hurt and the fact that very few college coaches have done well at the pro level. The ultimate challenge to any out of control ego.

 

Just means that in about 3 years if the Magic don't do much, he will become a big time prospect for whatever college opening might be there.

 

And in the process, will have become financially secure for the rest of his lifetime. He was making good money at UF, but the money he'll now be making is real money. Smart move on his part.
