May 30, 200719 yr Apparently Phil pulled some Zen-master stuff on Kobe on the phone and Kobe says, " This is my team and I don't want to go anywhere" "It was a very emotional conversation". I think he was using all this a plea to really let them know how he feels and that they need to make something happen this off season.
May 31, 200719 yr Now according to ESPN.com Kobe Bryant has backed off of wanting to be traded after talking to Phil Jackson and is now saying he wants to be a Laker for Life. So much for not being able to change his mind! Tune in again today several times, he will probably flip/flop a couple of more times while trying to minipulate the Lakers and ESPN . Kobe said earlier "I want out of here" then a few hours later "I am a laker for life" and "I don't want to be traded" then in a later statement it was "trade me" again. I can see it now, new ESPN series on the way............"Kobe on Kobe" airing right along with ......"Bonds on Bonds take 2" .:lol:
