Final. Congratulations to Highlands on their 20th win of the season. It has been a while since a Highlands team has won 20 games in a season. Congratulations to Ryan Shields for his first ever homerun. Thomas Towles and Denny Reller with 4 hits each, Zach Muench HR and 3RBI's, Zach Rawlings 4 RBI's. Everyone contributed tonight. Towles pitched 6 innings and Rawlings came in to close. Highlands will play Dayton Monday night in the first round of the districts at Highland Park.

Just an ugly game for the Rebels. Something like 8 errors. Hopefully they can bounce back today against Dixie, and get some confidence going into their district game vs St. Henry on Wednesday.

Not trying to make any type of point here at all (seriously), but what are some of Highlands best wins this year? I know they beat Ryle and I'm sure there are others. I'm just not familiar with their schedule. I'm assuming they would have played CC and HC a few times each. How did they fare in those games?

They beat Milford,Oh which is always a solid team and also St. Xavier of Cincinnati.......Who is still in the Ohio state playoffs.

Highlands has some solid wins and is a very solid team. I wouldn't want to face them in the first round of the region.
