Holy Cross SR Matt Abeling has been named as one of eight outstanding high school students in NKY by the A.D. Albright Foundation. None of us that are aware of this young man's academic abilities are surprised by this but we are very pleased for the young man.

 

He's a pretty darn good baseball/football player as well.

From what I gather, he's a pretty laid back/quiet kid. He's probably not going to bring up ACT/SAT scores in conversation. For the record, if I had his scores, I'd figure out any way I could to bring it up.

He is a quiet but very friendly kid...when he's on the field he is all baseball.

Parents are great people as well.
