theguru Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 What does Webster County need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.
Fletch Posted August 5, 2007 Posted August 5, 2007 Webster County has the Rollins kid back at running back. He didn't have a lot of help last year. They graduated some big linemen. Does anyone know if any kids from Providence High are playing football for Webster this year?
Tigertalker Posted August 5, 2007 Posted August 5, 2007 I hear they will have several of the Providence kids with them this fall. Webster could be a sleeper this season. They have always had big physical kids but have lack speed to be a real threat. The providence kids could give them 4 to 5 athletes that could make a hudge impact. Whenever I hear Webster County I think of coach Hogg and Williams and the great job those two did for that program.
woodsrider Posted August 5, 2007 Posted August 5, 2007 The closing of Providence will definitely help Webster Co. Like Tiger said it should give them the difference making athletes they have been missing.
Throwinglong Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 Webster showed some decent speed during passing league this summer. The question will be what contribution Providence will make to the football team this season (as has been stated earlier). With the addition of Brock Shoulders to their coaching staff, their defense will be prepared for the upcoming season and their offense has a lot of ability. Coach Corbin and the Trojans could surprise many people in the West.
