Well, in the past two seasons, Rice is 3-1 against Wayne in the regular season. But, in the post season, he is 0-2 against Wayne and Pyles.

 

The post season is crucial. Southwestern loses Flynn and Zimmerman this year, a huge part of the Lady Warriors sucess. I am not so sure they wont be the third best team in the 48th next year.

Hey Slink, how about one more losing prediction for the lady warriors. That might be a good luck charm for SW. To be such a loyal fan, why are you against the girls bb team. Win or lose tonight, (it will be a tough game, if both teams continue to play like they have the last two games) the SW fans are very proud of our team and coaches. They have already accomplished more than most people thought they would. I feel that SW or Wayne County will be a fine representative of the 12th region. Good luck to the Lady Warriors and may both teams stay injury free.

Should be a great game. I don't know if SW accomplished more than people thought though. Until now I feel they have underachieved. IMO they and Wayne are the 2 best in the 12th. I think Rock was overrated. Everyone kept saying they were heads and shoulders above the rest of the region. I just didn't see it. Don't get me wrong, they will be great next year but I thought before the season started it was SW to lose. They have size out front that can stretch the "D", they can shoot the 3 ball and they can go inside. My only knock on them is they can have bad attitudes at times. Don't hustle off the floor. Act like they never foul. #24's play(Salyers?) has been a great bonus down the stretch. Hope Flynn is healthy for tonight. I hope I didn't just give them the kiss of death.:creepy:

Not against the girls team. When I have been able to go, been there to support. Read the last post from boom and that is how I see it also. I felt they should be achieving more than they had. Had a great run in the postseason. Them achieving not as much in the regular season wasn't the girls fault IMO. By the way, just got home from the game. Wayne Co. won 46-41 in OT. Both teams left everything out on the floor. Great run by SW in the postseason. Good luck to the Lady Cards in the State Tournament.

Yes, I believe she did. That was what I told a buddy of mine. Didn't see the scoreboard wrong. That can give a false impression.
