What is unequal about it? Everybody gets three weeks to fit in the allowed practice time. So what if someones window is a week earlier? Enlighten me. :D

 

Well for instance some schools windows will start tomorrow. Where I am there is snow on the ground and the ground is saturated with water. Some schools will start their window next week, and some will start their window in two weeks, or three weeks.

 

It is possible for the the schools that start in four weeks to have much better quality of practice with the weather conditions than, in the mean time the schools who start their window tomorrow will have ended their practice window by the time the prior mentioned schools will be starting.

 

This is a factor for any schools who intend to have full pad practice outside. This is not saying teams can not practice, just have better quality of practice.
