February 17, 200719 yr The reason Vandy kept the halftime lead, while others have lost it to Florida, was they never played "not to lose." They kept pushing the ball up the court, smothering defense, did not throw the ball around the perimeter trying to use the clock. That was key in keeping the lead.

I thought Vandy was very smart today. I agree. Just pointing out it's easier to look good with that strategy if you are putting it in the basket every trip. They kept Florida on their heels and answered every attempted run. Perfect execution and very fun to watch...
