St. Henry travels to Walton-Verona this week to battle for the 2 seed and a home playoff game. St. Henry enters the game at 5 and 3, while Walton-Verona comes into the game at 6 and 2.

So far they have played 6 common opponents. Both teams beat district foes Owen, Gallatin and Bracken, and lost to Beechwood. Both teams also played Brossart and Boone County. St. Henry beat Brossart but lost to Boone County, while Walton lost to Brossart but beat Boone County.

This should be one of the top games in NKY this week. Who do you all think wins this game?

Bearcats 35-7 as they are on a roll! Their overall physicality, stout D, and opportunistic O will be too much for the much improved, but young and inexperienced Crusaders.

I love that St. Henry is battling for the #2 seed already in year 2. any video for this one?

Agree- St. Henry will definitely be a force in 3a in the coming years but asking them to knock off a talented WV team led by a core of strong SRs in year 2 is a tough ask at WV. It will be an electric environment for sure. Nevertheless both teams should get a Rd 1 playoff victory. Good Luck to both teams Fri.
