2007 Jackson County

Featured Replies

What does Jackson County need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Not sure what they have coming back but if they schedule like they did last year in their non-district games then they could possibly build something within the next few years.

Everyone knows that in all non-football sports that Rockcastle COunty and Jackson County pretty much hated each other but I've come to know a few people that played sports at JCHS away from the court/field and I can say they're pretty good people.

I can only hope that they get some consistency in winning so they can get some numbers coming out for some good teams.

With the size of that school, there is no reason why they can't at least put together a .500 team year in and year out. There's some big ol' country boys that just need to learn the game...once they do that, they should be fine.

I would think they need to get the brumback kid playing. He is a horse would make a great football player.

Who knows what their schedule is like this year and will they play teams like Rockcastle, Corbin, Clay, and etc.

There in the district with Taylor County, Garrard County, Somerset, Wayne County and Casey County........

Best of luck to them, but playing Somerset and Wayne county really don't give you much hope.

Yes, Todd Harris is the Head Coach.

I think that it is commendable that Jackson County has made the committment to a football program and are playing a full district schedule in their first full season of varsity play.

Well best of luck to them.
