I know that scheduling, hindsight, and other factors contribute, but I would have really liked seeing Covington Holy Cross and Dayton play a regular season game at this point of the season with their district games coming up. I know that they have been playing scrimmages for a good amount of time now, including just before this season started, but I think it would be a great game if it was played now. Maybe it should be further considered as a regular season non-district game moving forward instead of scrimmaging one another.
