From what I was told Western Kentucky was well represented as Paducah went undefeated on the day and captured the championship beating Christian County in the finals.

They went 3 and 0 at Greenwood,

Aside from PT and Christian County does anybody know what other teams competed in the Southern Illinois 7v7?

Caterville, Union City, Massic County, Duquin, Granite City, Cohokia, Principia, Carbondale and Flora

Kentucky Teams Christian, McCracken and Paducah

Sometimes players hype up don’t rise up to expectations not the case with the Thompson Kid. He was the difference in the championship. Made a crazy one handed catch for a score and a diving score on 4th and long. He’s that guy.
