Golf club question

OK, so I’m 45 years old, relatively big and strong. I have a very slow golf swing. Like a long lumbering golf swing, and it’s just getting slower every year. What would happen if I started using a senior flex? If my swing is slow, does it matter how strong I am? And what happens if you swing a senior flex too hard?

By no means am I an expert, but I have done some time researching golf clubs and golf shafts in particular. Essentially what we want when swinging the club is consistent impact. We want the club to meet the ball the same way every time (much easier said than done). If you swing is faster than the recommended speed for your shaft, you will get inconsistent flex and whip when coming through. On the other end of the spectrum, if your swing is slower than the recommended swing speed for your shaft, you are not going to get the whip necessary for solid impact. There is a lot that goes into it, but I would use this chart as reference.
