Elliott Co improves to 17-5

West Carter falls to 9-14

No surprise on the win, surprised how close it was. Someone who went to the game can fill us in.

Sounds like a typical tough district road game. Elliott and West are pretty big rivals if I'm not mistaken.

Elliott beat them early in the year at home by darn near 30. Granted winning on the road is tougher, I just didn't think it would be this close. But a win is a win and after Morgan Co, Elliott has their big game against Russell on February 20th.

Rayburn hit 3 three in the fourth period, including 2 in the final minute that kinda close the gap. Elliott was up around 12 and West scored on thier final 4 possesions. Ethan Faulkner led Elliott County with 18 points, 7 reb, 5 assist, and 4 steals. Evan Faulkner added 16 points and 3 steals. Tyler Maynard comes off the bench to add 12 points. Jonathon Ferguson got 10 points, 6 reb, and 4 assist. Ferguson also recorded 2 steals.

Good job getting 4 in double figures again. These four combined for 56 of the 64 total points.
