The 2026 KHSAA Girls’ Swimming & Diving State Championships Presented by UK HealthCare concluded Saturday inside the Lancaster Aquatic Center at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Sacred Heart Academy won the team championship as Valkries' All-American Charlotte Crush closed out her career in impressive fashion, taking home gold in the 100 Butterfly, 100 Backstroke, and Relay titles.

Lauren Wedeking of Lafayette captured the 100 and 200 Freestyle top spot, while Kate Braeger of Christian Academy was victorious in the 200 IM. Notre Dame, Sacred Heart, Dunbar also had individual winners.
 
Fiona Sheehan of Ballard won the girls’ diving title.
