* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3
  inches, with locally higher amounts.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Indiana, northeast and northern
  Kentucky, and central, south central, and southwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

This time it looks like here in Richmond we may get all rain. It could change to some light snow on the backside of the low as it moves away from Kentucky.
