Another Dixie TD, #4, no one touched him on a tunnel screen.

For those in the know I think it only enhances what we know about him.  First class coach and gentlemen 100% of the time.  He took this job very late when his friend Dave Trosper unexpectedly passed.

Dixie only has the 1 field for football.  They have a small practice field of grass that is maybe 40 yards.   Scott has more than 2 fields and SK has enough room for about 8 fields.

This should be a competitive game for the #2 seed in the district as the teams seem pretty similar.  Long time Dixie head coach Tom Spritzky returns to Dixie for the first time on the opposite sidelin

27-0 Dixie with 650 left in the 1st half.

For those watching at home, was that a fumble or was he down?

Conner ran one in, good for them.

27-7 with 430 left in the half.

Dixie fumbled and Conner has the ball on the Dixie 23.  Just like that the Cougars can get back in the game.

Dixie stopped Conner on downs but it looks like some type of "targeting" penalty on the tackle of the QB.  The refs are discussing it.

Conner 1st down at about the 12.

The Conner WR made a great catch on a perfect pass but they called offensive PI and Conner is backed up to the 23, 4th down.  Timeout.

Dixie ball on their 23 up 27-7 with 109 left in the half.

Dixie to the 27 with 29 seconds left.

Dixie missed a 27 yard FG to end the half.

Dixie gets the ball to start the second half, this is a huge series for both teams.

Dixie starts at midfield.

Conner stopped Dixie and has the ball on the Dixie 44.  If the Cougars score here they are right back in this game.
