The biggest WBB Recruiting event in the US in Louisville, KY was cut short yesterday. Very conflicting information going around. Hundreds of people are claiming they heard shots fired. Reports say that there was an 'active aggressor' in the building. What we do know, is that the fire alarm was triggered (some reports say it was pulled, Expo Center claims there was a mechanical malfunction) and 1000's of people made a mad dash to the exit, inciting panic and a major traffic buildup at the Expo Center/Fairgrounds. 

 

My sources say that a man was arrested for allegedly making threats. No word on if he had a weapon or not. However, Louisville police claim there was no shooter and no gun.

 

Sad situation all around, any way you look at it. 

LPD was there in force but my Facebook feed only had smoke and no fire on this alleged incident.

Correct. Evidently tournament officials want to resume play today, but most teams are too traumatized to return to play.
