Powell County hires Nate Skidmore as new head coach

Youngster! He graduated from Powell County in 2019...he set their school's rushing record at 6,339 yards. Doesn't look like PCHS submitted his record to the KHSAA, but that puts him at #18 on the career rushing record board in the state. He made honorable mention on the CJ's All-State team for baseball his senior year too. Red-shirted at EKU for a couple of seasons and has been coaching running backs at Powell County.

He might be the youngest head coach in the state now...graduating in '19 that would put him around 24 years old.
