Wow....beat the Birds with out Arlinghaus and Rominger?  Even without Lorenzen, that is really impressive!

Crazy game in Latonia. Highlands was on fire early on racing out to a 15-0 lead before Holy Cross scored a basket. Indians would battle back and close the first quarter only trailing by 4 at 19-15. It was a pretty even 2nd quarter Highlands led 36-31 at half.

Holy Cross opened the 3rd quarter scoring the first 9 points and took a 40-36 lead. It was their first lead of the night at 37-36. The game would be close the rest of the way with Holy Cross hanging on late for a 6-point win.

Indians got big games from Senior William McElheney who had a game-high 22 points. Junior Aidan Urlage had 12 (4/4 from 3) and Senior Gavin Goetz had 12. Freshman Amir Henderson got his first varsity minutes and had 7 points. Bluebirds were led by Juniors Finn Bouldin with 20 points and Rickard with 18.

I found the missing point for Highlands. Ebert with 8 not 7.

Highlands is trending in the wrong direction. Just gave up 91 to LMHS then lose a 15 point lead and the game to Holy Cross. Nice job HC, Amir Henderson is going to be a name that's heard alot over the next few years.

High basketball IQ mixed with good athleticism and a gym rat is a good combination. Hoping he hits a good growth spurt in the next year or so to mix with everything else he has.
