* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 5 below to 12 below zero
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast
  and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and
  west central Ohio.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 5 to 12 below zero could
  result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.
