33 to 28 at half.  The Bobcats blitzed the Jumpers early in the 4th.  I’m not as familiar with the 13th, but with how well Bell shoots it I would have to think they have a shot to be at Rupp.

South Laurel and Harlan County are probably the region favorites. Bell is in that 3-5 range. They’re in the same district as Harlan Co so that game later on should be telling.
