Madison Central won a thriller over West Jessamine in a game that featured nine ties and 19 lead changes.  The score was tied 60-60 at the end of regulation and Madison Central outscored West Jessamine 18-8 in the overtime period.  Madison Central's pressure defense forced 21 West Jessamine turnovers which the Lady Indians converted to 25 points.  West Jessamine nailed 12 three point shots and held a 39-33 advantage in rebounds.

Cameryn Ridderikhoff led Madison Central with 32 points including three three point baskets.  Nataya Strader added 20 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and seven steals.  Jordynn Miles chipped in with nine points and Brittany Campbell recorded eight points, seven rebounds, eight assists, and two steals.  Tiana Long continues her stellar play off the bench with six points and three rebounds.  Brooke Campbell continues her role as the unsung hero with three points, six rebounds, and three steals plus always drawing the toughest defensive assignment despite her size (5-7).

Katie Mastin led West Jessamine with 17 points including five three point baskets, five rebounds, and seven assists.  Claire Marshall added 16 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and two steals.  Isabella Lewis added 13 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists.  Kimberly Johnson recorded 11 points and 12 rebounds.  Kayulee Yocum chipped in with six points and seven rebounds.  The Lady Colts were without the services of starting guard Arianna McLoney who was out with a knee injury.

Madison Central is 8-0. This was their second overtime win of the season. They beat Montgomery County in OT December 12. 
I saw West Jessamine on a streamed game earlier in the season and was really impressed with them. They have a young team and bright future.
