Clay County 65 Knox Central 39

Featured Replies

Another good defensive effort by the Lady Tigers. That make 14 times this seaons that Clay County has held their opponent to under 40 points. The winning steak is now at 14.

Freshman Jordan Phillips pulled down 12 rebounds and scored 6 points in this win.

And the beat goes on. They should win the 13th going away.

Who is 24 for Knox I thought she ran the point very well. She pass the ball as good as I've seen this year.Clay is for real but south could upset them in a game maybe the region.

24 is Ashley Sizemore. A very good athlete. If they could keep her out of foul trouble and a little more under control she is a big asset for KC. Clay would have to have a bad night to lose in the 13th!!

how do you think the future in the 13th looks?? Is Clay Co gonna be the top dog for years to come or is some 1 else gonna step up?

I think that Clay County will continue their domination of the 13th for some time. Their Middle School teams have won the state titles for several years. I'm looking forward to seeing how the younger crop of Lady Tigers matures into a powerhouse.

I think Whitney Jackson will most likely pass Gilbert and become the all time leading scorere at clay co by the time she graduates...thats a prediction of mine

It definetly is Clays to lose. Awesome program all the way back through middle school.
