Games featured Magoffin County and Great Crossing, Lyon County and Adair County, Campbell County and Harlan County, and Trinity (Louisville) and Evangel Christian.

Following each game today of the 2024 UK HealthCare Boys' Sweet 16(R), a press conference will be streamed live on Zoom and available after on KHSAA YouTube. Semifinal games feature Lyon County against Great Crossing in the first game of the day and Harlan County against Evangel Christian in the afternoon. The winner of the two games will tip off at 7:30 pm today for the championship.
