The 9th and 14th are the only two regions that had the top 4 teams advance to semifinals. Every region except the 3rd has the #1 team left. 11 of the 16 regions have top two teams left. 8 of the 16 regions have the top three teams left.

There were five teams in the 16th Region that have been a cut above everyone else. Four of those five comprise the semifinalists. And based on how those four have looked over the past couple of weeks, I think the four best teams are still standing, despite what the RPI says.
