As I suspected the Brian Woeste tenure was only for one year stop gap.

NDA plays musical chairs on the staff and promotes Cory Dan (who was an assistant this past season under Brian) into the Big chair of Head Coach.

Brian will slide back to becoming an Assistant Coach on the staff, I am assuming this will give Brian the flexibility to go watch his daughter Kimberly who will be heading off to Toledo to play there next season.

Congrats Cory Dan

Looking at his credentials this will be Cory's first rodeo when it comes to Head Coaching on the High School circuit.  He does come with a TON of club experience, plenty of Coach licensing credentials as well.

Cory is a good guy as my daughter has guest played for him in the past.  For him to be on Woeste's staff and then for Woeste to stick around to help speaks volumes of Cory.  From a soccer standpoint, NDA will be just fine.  It's the dealing with the parents that is going to be an adjustment for him.

While it would be a stretch to call it a “plan,” this pretty much in line with what was anticipated within the PaNDA community. Cory is a fantastic coach, and Coach Woeste will help with the less technical parts of the transition. Parents and players are very pleased with this outcome.
