6pm at Lexington Catholic Quarterfinal #2

This could be the best game of Day #2... I'll take the Knights by 6

No disrespect to Washington County as they have a solid team but I do not think they can keep up with Lexington Catholic and I will take Lex. Cath by 15 in this one. I am still saying Lexington Catholic is the best team I have seen and want to see how they do in this tournament especially if they were to meet Lyon County in the final.

I feel the best game of the day is DeSales versus Lyon County.

Lexington Catholic off to a quick start leads 9 to 2. 6:11 to go in first. I'm just super impressed with this Knights team and had Great Crossing not won the KOB I'd had moved Lexington Catholic to #1 in 11th region but couldn't drop them after winning such a prestigious tournament but I'm still not convinced that they are better than Lexington Catholic.

End of first quarter Lexington Catholic 26 Washington County 18. Lexington Catholic full court pressure defense is relentless and they play so hard. When they get tired they just sub 4 or 5 more in. Very good basketball team.

Halftime Lexington Catholic 52 Washington County 34. The crazy thing is Washington County played a pretty good half and I feel after seeing pretty much all the 5th region teams play they have to be a pretty heavy favorite in the 5th region with that being said Lexington Catholic is just on another level. It is going to take a absolute phenomenal performance for someone to beat them.

3:45 to go in third Lexington Catholic 64 Washington County 38. The Knights are making another statement and putting on a show.

End of third Lexington Catholic leads 69 to 48 in front of a packed house!
