No doubt that Tara is a phisically gifted athelete. An awesome rebounder with a great nose for the ball. But poor decision making, on the court as well as off , combined with an inability to finish inside as evidenced by the low shooting percentage would take her out of the running for Best at Bracken. My pick would be guard Dana Figgins. She may be small but I believe she would go bear hunting with a switch. You get nothing less than 110% from her night after night, day after day. A leader on the floor as well as off. If you have a daughter this young lady is a great role model for yours to watch. IMO she is the one ballplayer I would not want to take the floor without. My best player as well as my MVP.

 

No doubt, I dont know how so much heart got put in such a small body. She plays like she is 6'. And as far as the being a gifted athelete, you can't deny that she is atop the list also.

In all seriousness here from the Creek Bottom in Kentucky, the girls @ BC appear to have a very devoted coaching staff. I would say that if I had to put money on it, the staff cares more than you obviously know. I have seen them scouting other games and have witnessed games coached in the past

 

You can rest assure that these Lady Bears will not give up playing hard and will continue to work hard in the gym to improve their game.

Think she may have found some help inside.# 50 had a career point night(15) against PC while guarding and being guarded by one N.Kelsch. Tough assignment both ways. Has been inconsistent at times but it may be time for a start or two to see if she can back it up. Either way, a bright spot for sure.

Sounds like you have heard some information that not all of us have heard . I wonder what is going on with the coaches and players, and is this the reason for the sub par season thus far. The lady Bears have a pretty good group of girls really thought they would be having a better season good luck the rest of the way .

I think what you stated was, because of some of the problems betweenplayers and coaches sounds like there is more to your story. Now you say that could be the problem, maybe the team hasnt geled alot of young girls and only a hand full of upper classmen maybe they just arnt playing up to potiential or maybe they are playing ok and things just arnt going there way so if there is a problem with the coaches and players sounds like you know about it please fill all of us in i'm sure everyone would love to hear what you have to say
